About Metricalytics
Metricalytics is a free calculator hub built for SaaS founders, B2B marketers, and agency owners who need accurate growth metrics without spreadsheets or sign-ups. Every tool runs in your browser and gives you an instant result.
We cover the metrics that drive SaaS and B2B growth decisions:
- Customer Acquisition Cost (CAC): how much you spend to win a customer
- Customer Lifetime Value (LTV): how much a customer is worth over time
- LTV:CAC Ratio: whether your growth is profitable
- ROAS, Break-even ROAS, and paid-media tools like CPA, CPC, CPM, and CTR
- CAC Payback Period: how fast you recover acquisition spend
- MRR, ARR, and NRR: recurring revenue health
- Magic Number, Burn Multiple, and Rule of 40: efficiency
- Churn Impact, Budget Planner, and Funnel Planner
How we define metrics
Each calculator uses the standard SaaS / marketing definition of the metric, shown as a formula on the page and explained in plain language. Where industry practice varies (for example blended vs channel CAC, or LTV with vs without gross margin), we document the assumption in the explanation and FAQs so you can align the input to your finance model.
Benchmark ranges on tools and guides are directional industry norms drawn from widely cited SaaS and growth research (for example OpenView, ChartMogul, and similar public reports). They are not personalized advice. Always compare against your own cohort economics. See our disclaimer for limits of use.
Update cadence
Guides show published and updated dates. We revise formulas, FAQs, and educational copy when definitions, product coverage, or commonly cited benchmarks change. Calculator results are computed client-side from your inputs; we do not store your numbers on our servers.
Every calculator includes the formula, a plain-language explanation, field-level hints, and FAQs, so you understand what you're calculating, not just get a number.
